At Rieker Shoe Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
