How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure the soles are clean and the tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Rieker shoes use European sizing. We provide a comprehensive size conversion chart on every product page to help you translate your US or UK size into the equivalent EU measurement.

Are Rieker shoes waterproof?

While many of our styles feature Rieker-Tex water-resistant membranes, not all shoes are fully waterproof. Please check the product description for the Rieker-Tex icon if you require weather-protective footwear.
